Wow, took me a month to build up my own wp-theme compatible and implement it onto my blog/portfolio site running on the world’s best CMS (Content Management System) called WordPress. My order of designing and building the site was like this:

1. Sketch works, lots of drawing on how my site should look.
2. Wireframing, where each content should be at and how it works.
3. Develop web graphics on Photoshop.
4. Sliced final graphic from Photoshop and save them onto images folder within the website’s.
5. Handcode html and css via Dreamweaver.
6. Test compatibilities with different web browsers.
7. Divide each html codes in different php files.
8. Implement WordPress php codes in all of the php files.
9. Test again for compatiblity and errors.
10. Select plug-ins and install into WordPress.
11. Link up web address to the new site.
12. Test again for errors such as broken link, you never.

Well there you go. Was it difficult? No, really. This is my fourth WordPress site. Takes practice, you know. My first heavily developed WordPress site was www.say-hey.com. The other two are lightly developed meaning no theme designed at all but with internal tweaking. I, simply put, love WordPress!

Now, if you guys discovered some wonkiness in my website, simply send me a message and I’ll look into it. Bear in mind, my website will continue to be tweaked again and again. Oo before I get off, this site is not compatible to Internet Explorer 6. Please update your Internet Explorer to the latest version. IE6 is severely obsolete.
