Difilato Logo Contest
Changes in my website.
I just bought a better gallery plug-in for my wordpress-based website. You can view them on “web”, “mobile apps design”, and “print”. I will continue to update other portfolio pages, “Logo” and few others.
Right now, I am contemplating on adding photographic images on the header section of the website. Will have my logo place on top of it but this one would be on it’s own div box. I might as well do away with the old navigation bar and build a new one via CSS. They will be thinner so they’ll not obstruct the photos on the background. Might do away with “search box”, kinda useless for my web portfolio which isn’t that big (meaning “deep”). I think I will make the very top part of the header thinner.
I would be picking my best photos for the header section and hopefully add a function that would make (be it javascript, wordpress plug-in, html5 or a css3 trick) the photo slide to a different photo with long or short intervals.
I will probably save this theme which is called Pepe’s Studio 3.1 and duplicate the theme and name it Pepe’s Studio 3.5. I just want to save 3.1 without any changes to it.
OO yah, re-edit “About me”. I ought to type up a short bio then add resume plus a button for downloadable resume. Hmmm, still contemplating.
3 Brothers Drafthouse Logo
Found the best photo of a old Chevy Pick-up which was taken by famous photographer based in New Mexico. Bought the image from the photographer, manipulated it in Photoshop. Then, add text on it using Illustrator. One of my best works, I simply love it. My client just went nuts with ecstasy after seeing the logos. ![]()

And, finally, my client made a road sign leading to the club.

Beautiful Postcards!
I’ve just designed this back in the winter. My client was really happy with it.

Flourish Studio Postcard/Flyer
I’ve used the provided photos, the logos, and the informations from the client. The apps I’ve used to created theses cards are Adobe CS5′ Photoshop and Illustrator.
New to do list for Pepe’s Studio!
Hmm, high-time for a small redesign.
Got to do away with drag-down box from top and make it visible instead of hiding. Let see, I think I should modify the footer’s boxes.
On the plus side, need to relink my iPhone’s wordpress app to Pepe’s Studio as soon as possible. So much to do so much fun!
Yes, I got to link up posting updates to twitter then have twitter updates to Facebook’s status update. Easy peasy, find the best plug-in and that’s that.
